Usage:

CNC precision measuring center YH-6040H is designed tomeasure the two coordinates in all applicationareas and apply toautomatic detection of large quantities of work pieces. It’s widely used in different kinds of precision finishing industries,such as: machinery, electronics, ironware, instruments,plastics and so on.

Feature:

1) It uses original imported from Japan screw drive and servo control technology, combined with our self-developed automated measurement software, enables efficient and accurate measurement of large-volume workpieces for precision parts inspection and quality control;

2) X, Y, Z axis servo control, high positioning accuracy and smooth operation;

3) X, Y to the rails using high-precision granite, stable performance, easily deformed;

4) Joystick / mouse operation and easy to use;

5) Programmable constant-current eight regional cold light surface light source, can adapt to the complex workpiece measurement;

6) Laser pointer to reflect the measuring position shown to facilitate rapid positioning.

Function:

1. It can measure point, line, circle, arc and oval, rectangular and improve the accuracy with the multi-point positioning function.

2. It has many features, such as combination of measurements, center structure and the intersection of structure, the midpoint of construction, line structure, a round structure and structural point of view.

3. It is coupled with our company's self-developed CNC measurement softwareto achieve rapid detection of large quantities of work pieces at the same time with SPC data analysis capabilities in order to achieve a one-time complete the whole measurement.

4. Coordinate translation and coordinates straighten out is to make measurement more convenient and efficient and improve measurement efficiency.

5. Macros can measure the same parts faster and more convenient volume and improve the measurement efficiency.

6. Measurement data directly input intoAutoCADand become a full work circle; the data also can be entered inExcelandWordto conduct statistical analysis.

7. Record user program, editing and execute command.
