III. Characteristics of mechanical structure
Ø Gantry structure:
The cutter gantry is mainly composed of main cross beam and two longitudinal end brackets. The main cross beam uses box-type structure, and the longitudinal end bracket is made of welded steel plate, with longitudinal drive connecting bracket at the center of longitudinally end bracket, thus the longitudinal drive system of the machine is installed at the central position to ensure the machine operates smoothly.
Ø Longitudinal drive device:
The requirements of longitudinal operating accuracy and locating accuracy are comparatively high, therefore the machine uses bilateral high accurate gear, rack gear, rack and gear spring-compression type engagement so as to reduce the engagement error on one hand, and increase drive smoothness on the other hand. The machine processing accuracy and installation accuracy are prerequisites to ensure working accuracy of main machine.Together with stepping motor driving technology and high subdivision drive, they can easily control working accuracy of the machine under the control of CNC system.
The horizontal guide wheels are installed respectively on both ends of main end bracket. The rack surface direction is fixed guide wheel, and the opposite surface is eccentric guide wheel which can be used to adjust the straightness of end bracket bottom and guide rail so as to keep the gantry stable and straight during the course of movement.
Ø Lateral drive device:
The requirements for working accuracy and locating accuracy of lateral drive are the same as those for longitudinal drive device. The lateral drive guiding uses straight guide rail. It uses the same drive control mode as that for longitudinal drive device.
IV.System advantages:
1. Super-strong anti-interference ability of plasma: the case is of all steel antimagnetic structure, the system is designed to have high reliability and coordinated with all opto-coupler isolation control, thus having the strongest abilities of anti-interference of plasma and magnetic electricity. The host interior and the system are additionally provided with HF anti-jammer, and all internal circuits use high quality shielded wires, effectively preventing abnormal operation of the system arising from the plasma HF interference system.
