Through simple operation, user can view the processing outcome from various orientations and thus has an accurate and institutional understanding of the processing result.

Compensation Functions

1) Lead screw error compensation: lead screw error includes thread pitch error and backlash thread pitch error. Screw pitch error is the result of multiple reasons, such as technical defects in the manufacturing of lead screw and long-term wear.

2) Backlash compensation: due to the existence of backlash, lag phenomenon will occur in axial movement. When demand on precision is high, backlash compensation becomes necessary.

Feed Axis Override On-line Adjustment

During processing, user can adjust the feed override at any time. The minimum value is 0%, equalling processing pause and the maximum value is 120%.

Manual Centering Function Available

By recording the coordinates of workpiece’s two ends in X/Y direction, the system can work out the coordinates of the midpoint on the workpiece in X/Ydirection.

Functions Like Input/Output Port Image Simulation/Test/Polarity Modification Function Available

Through these functions, user can better realize the detection of hardware, monitoring of processing and diagnosing of breakdown.

Network Interface Available, Supporting Read-write Function of USB Flash Disk

The system supports TCP/IP protocol and automatic assignment of IP address.

Supporting Multiple File Formats and File Management Function

The system supports file formats like NC, DXF and ENG, etc, file copying and renaming as well as NC file editing function.

Handwheel Guide

Under handwheel guide mode, feedrate can be controlled by turning the handwheel, which ensures the safety in processing.

Supporting Processing by Row Number

User can input the starting row number and ending row number of the tool path to do processing.

Tool Change Function Available

The system supports circular tool magazine, linear tool magazine and multi-cylinder control.
