Advanced design idea

Today, in such a high speed developing time, manufacturing pursue higher speed, better accuracy and more efficient. To meet this requirement, when Baoma design new generation VMC series vertical machining center, we did our best to enhance the rigidity and motion performance of the machine: super rigid overall structure and ultra-strong roller guideway are adopted; we can use high speed spindle according to customers’ special request.

High performance overall structure, functional spare parts and accessories are adopted

Most parts of the guidway of our machine tools are roller guideway, which provided by worldwide famous enterprise. Compare with ball linear guideway and hard track guideway, the load capacity and dynamic motion performance of roller guide have been improved obviously, and it utilizes these two advantages and become a new type functional spare part. We use name of Meehanite casting iron as main structure, which provided by famous foreigner invested enterprise, such casting iron is well known in excellent performance in rigidity and stability, even after many year of usage, it will keep high hardness and stability as well. Other functional parts such as spindle, ball screw… are all from international famous factories.

High rigid structure, best rigidity and stability

1. Casting is made by advanced Meehanite casting iron. Such material is very stable, can make sure there is no distortion after long term usage. Main structure adopts ANSYS limited until software to analyze, to reach high rigid structure design.

2. We use structure to build column, makes sure avoid and reduce distortion while cutting.

3. Servo motor drive ball screw directly, makes sure driven system more inflexible and more precious.

4. With the design of wide slide which Y-axis slide spans 630mm, Z-axis slide spans 400mm, n machine will get nice stability when the table and the spindle moving.

5. Screw nuts block are built together with main machine body to increase the hardness, and with this design machine will keep good performance on surface finish and accuracy.
