1. Linear guide way provides high speed, superior precision and excellent productivity.

2. X axis working table is supported by 6 linear slide blocks.

3. Z axis is equipped with 45mm linear guide way which gives column most powerful support.

4. All three axes are driven by high power servo motors. Rapid feedrate 30/30/24 m/min with

Beta motor.

5. All three axes are equipped with C3 class 40mm pre-tensioned double nut ball screw.

6. All machines will be inspected under VDI3441 regulation before shipment.

1. The advanced spindle is designed for durability and easy maintenance, providing high axial

thrust capacity, generating minimum thermal growth.

2. P4 class pre-load angular contact high precision spindle bearings provide standard spindle

speed 8000 rpm.

3. Powerful spindle is driven through high torque slip-free timing belt.

4. Optional 10000 rpm & 12000 rpm spindle employs high precision bearings for high speed

machining.

5. The labyrinth packing design on front end of spindle to prevent coolant or fine particle

contamination during machining. It also ensures spindle accuracy and service life.
