Some suppliers may use Taiwan machine, cannot control precision and stability.

>> Coating: ALTIN-S, cooperated withNissin Group of Japan, Sumitomo als use their coating. Equipement about RMB10 million, coating time about 10 hours. Cutting tools with ALTIN coating, heat-resisting can be achieve about 1500°c, machinerpm 8000~20000.Good coating makes tools longer life (increase life about 40% than uncoated).

>> Process technic carbide cutting tools: double relief angle, like the picture, makes end mills more durable.

>> Usage of HRC55 4 flutes ceramic cutting tools: process soft steel, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, etc. Plain, side, groove can be easily finished.

>> Detection for cutting tools: we will make3 times detection, one is in factory, one is in coating company, last one is before sending products.

>> Packing details: first is protect the flute part of tungsten carbide cutting tools, second is put into plastic boxes, third is packed in paper box (usually 10pcs each box), fourth is use bigger carton with bubble wraps.
