(4) Spindle:

1. Advanced high precision & high tensile spindle structure design offers high axial thrust

capacity with minimum generation.

2. Built with P4 class angular contact high precision spindle bearing supporting standard speed

up to 8000 rpm.

3. The special labyrinth circuit design on the spindle nose prevents chips and coolant entering

the spindle.

4. Unique designed floating tool unloading system prevents wear on bearings during ATC

operation.

5. All guide ways have been precisely scraped, ground and coated with Turcite B.

6. Advanced separated oil and coolant collection system prevents oil inferiority and eliminates

extra oil and coolant.

(5) Super-accuracy:

1. The base was created using the most advanced weight distribution analysis and features a

horizontal reinforced structure with a wide range. This creates a self contained stable

structure which ensures high accuracy during high-speed machining.

2. To ensure high tensile strength and long term wear resistance, all parts are built from

Meehanite cast iron.

(6) Side mount disk type ATC system:

The arm type tool magazine can hold 16 tools and allows for a unbelievably fast tool change

time of only 3 seconds. Maximum tool weight is 7kg and the maximum tool length is 300mm.
