This machine controlled by closed loop for X,Y and Z axes is mainly used for matching swiveling parts of shaft and plate to perform cylindrical turning. Main transmission driven by SIEMENS 1PH7 motor has 3 steps mechanical speed change(middle step is free, and switch with C axis) non-step regulation for electric system with total ratio 1:200. Feed of C axis is driven by SIEMENS 1FT6 A.C servo motor, and HEIDENHAIN angle coder ROD780 with line number 18000 and indexing accuracy±14” airs fixed at the end of spindle, the bed equipped with INA roller linear guide way pair, safeguard and HEIDENHAIN optical scale is of two integrated guide way construction so as to get high accuracy and best dynamic performance and solve the problem of big noise and creeping while rapid moving of parts. SAUTER dynamic indexing turret with 8 position whose head is driven by SIEMENS 1PH7 servo motor is equipped with upper carriage. Tailstock with up and down parts is driven by A.C motor and locked manually, but motion of quill can controlled both by manual or mechanics, display device for pressure is fixed inside tailstock and controlled by intelligence
