According to recently large heavy-duty holes processing feature and market needs , our company develop one heavy-duty series deep hole machine TK2180/TK2280. This machine is special to process round -types deep hole equipment. The machine bed has strong rigid, and precision keeping well. Main axis choose 3 gears, stepless speed(high or low), rotation range widely. Feed system is driven by power AC-servo motor. It is fit for every deep hole processing needs. Oil cooler grant pull-up workpiece with machinery device, safe and reliable. The machine can finish boring , expanding, rolling and nesting processing of the large dia. and heavy-duty deep holes.

When boring holes, it uses boring bar inside input fluid front(bed-head side)row fluid, row chips technology. When nesting holes, it uses outside row chips technology, it needs to install special nesting tools, arbor and dedicated fixture. According to the processing needs, the machine can install drilling bar box, cutters can rotation and feed.

TK2180/TK2280 machine is mainly with machine bed, headstock box, oil cooler grant, feed system, work piece center rest, work piece rest, boring bar rest, feed pallet, cooling system,hydraulic system and CNC system .
