Working principle:
1. The top roller makes rotation movement drove by hydraulic motor
2. The down roller makes rotation drove by hydraulic motor as well as making up-down movement drove by hydraulic cylinder.
3. The side rollers make arc swing movement drove by hydraulic oil cylinder.

9.The tank is cleaned by the shot blasting, pickling and surface cleaning, the walls is coated oil varnish to make sure the cleaning of tank. There is the air filter in the fuel oil tank place to make sure the function of the oil filter and ventilation. There is equipped with the fine filter on the oil suction pipe end and way for tubing.
10. Hydraulic system normal operating temperature range is15°C~65°C. It can be automatic heating through the electric heater when the temperature is less than15°C. It can control, the oil temperature through the cooler when the temperature is more than65°C. It’s suitable for the requirements of the system.

1.Swing guides
The system is based on the side rolls movement that is “hinged” on a strong central pin, the movement is there fore a circular movement around this central hinged point, without any linear friction.Structure diagram below graph:
2. No frame deformation

Side roll with a long arc section pressure plate upward to the upper roller, that make "tightly wrapped" the upper roller, in order to reduce springback of plate. Low efficiency system is replaced by the new efficient approach (reduction gear, copper collar, gear belt, universal shaft, linear guide), hydraulic planetary drive direct coupling in press roller, no friction swing guide, no friction auto collimation bearing, multiple hydraulic power system. 6.Best pre-bending (shortest flat end)
The side roll “rounds” the plate edge starting their stroke from a more external position, swinging up during the raising phase as it nears the top roll. The plate edge is therefore“pre-bent” and“rounded” with a higher leverage arm, getting more strength on the material to be formed, more prebending power, greatly reducing the remaining flat end. The edge is therefore free from angles, peaks or straight line segments between bends, thanks to the longer rounded section. The flat end remaining will be aproximatley 40-50% shorter than on other rolls with linear guides.
7.Greater Power is available (bending capacity of the machine)
Bending power increase is distributed homo geneously irrespective of shell diameters, even during pre-bending.
During the swinging movement the roll raises up with a beneficial and constant positive leverage. This geometric movement multiplies the power of the hydraulic cylinder thanks to the effect of leverage that concentrates all the bending power in the pre-bending area thus reducing the length of the flat end.
