1.Nado closed copper, copper powder melting furnace features:

(1)Closed blast furnace melting matte, wide adaptability, large Probing the Power , high thermal efficiency. Because of the convection movement of furnace gas and burden.Between Solid fuel and burden close contact with each other , fuel burning within the burden, cause a good heat transfer condition. The heat efficiency is above as high as 70%.

(2)Closed blast furnace smelting, the concentration of flue gas SO2 can reach 3% -5%, or even higher.Reduce the pollution of environment. Concentrate can be directly charging after kneading Concentrate add water , process simplified, save complicated sintering equipment, the features id less investment, fast construction etc.

(3) Adopt the 100-120 degrees hot air blast, improve bed trate 3-5 tons of material (m2. D), reduce the coke rate 1%-1.5%.

(4) (optional) Adopt 23%-24.5 oxygen-enriched air, improve Probing the Power 30%-35%, reduce the coke rate 30%, the flue gas SO2 concentration can amount to 5%-7%.

Smelting products:

Nado closed copper ore, mineral power smelting furnace products are matte, slag, smoke and soot.

(1)Matte

According to the feature,raw material composition, melting method of Nado closed copper ore, mineral power smelting furnace, matte grade for 25% -30%. In addition to contain Cu, Fe, S, still have other metal sulfide and and precious metals. Matte can direct sales or send bof blowing.

(2)Slag

Nado closed copper ore, mineral power smelting furnace slag main composition is FeO 40 ,SiO2 35 %,CaO8 %, the rest have AI2O3, MgO, etc.

(3) Furnace gas

One of the characteristics of Nado copper ore, mineral power smelting furnace is the furnace gas contains high concentration of SO2 , average furnace gas concentration is 2.4%-5% SO2, and can meet the requirements of manufacture acid.

(4) Soot
