RELAB Air Atomizing Nozzles use a unique internal design that makes it possible for the liquid and compressed air to mix producing a fine or coarse drops atomized spray.

The Air Atomizing Nozzle has two connecting lines at least, one line for air inlet, and the other for liquid.

For some types equipped with a cylinder for automatic operation or clean-out and shut-off needles may require an additional air line. Fluid lines are required for all models. The fluid line can be pressurized or supplied by using a siphon or gravity feed configuration.

The Air Atomizing Nozzle consists of an air cap, fluid cap, retainer cap, and connection body.

You can select from a wide assortment of connection body, capacities, spray patterns and pressure feed or siphon fedd air caps.
