Features of cnc machine

CK5112 is a super rigid CNC Lathe with big machining capacities, stable & rigid structure, heavy job load and high machining efficiency.

This CNC Lathe is equipped with one rams and one pentagon type (5-station) turret (optional 4-station NC electric driven turret). Electric encoder together with solenoid valves is integrated into the gear box. Gears are made of 40 Cr steel and precision ground for high precision and low machine noise.

This CNC Lathe is designed and built to meet modern machining requirements of high speed steel cutters and carbide cutters on workpieces of ferrous, non-ferrous, composite and other materials.

CNC Lathe Body
