Motor component customization

The Universal motor is basically an assembled product of motor component, typical electric motor component include Rotor, Stator, and Brackets for assembling the rotor and stator together, Commutator, Carbon Brush,and other attachable motor component for additional functionalities.

Motor customization can be done by component customization, such as:

1. The bracket can be metal or aluminum.

2. A plastic or metal fan propeller is available for cooling the motor coil.

3. EMC components are available for anti electromagnetic interference.

4. TCO (thermal cut-off) is also available for over heating protection.

5. Stator thickness (A) can be increased or decreased to reach different power and torque.

6. Shaft diameter (d) can be: Ø6.35mm, Ø7.14mm, Ø8.0mm, Ø10mm.
