1.1 Principle of Gasification Plant

Raw material is processed for size and moisture content to meet the requirements of the gasifier furnace. It is then introduced to the furnace by the Raw material in- feed conveyors.

Incomplete combustion of the biomass or city waste in the furnace by controlling the temperature and oxygen through pyrolysis produces CO, H2, CH4 and other combustible gases. Most of the energy from the solid biomass has turned into syngas.

The gasifier furnace is draft down fixed bed, in the process, it will produce syngas, at the same time, it also produce ash, wood tar, ect. We add cyclone, air fan and gas burner, the cyclone can remove the ash. For the tar, when the syngas is burned, the temperature is high, then the tar can be burned. Before burning, the gas temperature is 200-300degree.
