Circular Vibrating Screen 3YK1860
1. application
This serious of Vibration Screen is circular vibration and used in quarry for stone classification, beneficiation, coal dressing, chemical industry, building materials and etc. As a classifying machine, it adopts eccentric vibration exciter and trye coupling.
2. working principle
The vibrating exciter is installed in the side plate of sieving box. Together with motor, the exciter rotates through coupling or belt, which produces centrifugal inertia force. The sieving screen is the main easy-wear part. The perforated sieving plate and rubber sieving plate can be knitted by austenitic manganese steel, according to different raw materials and customers requirements. The sieving plate has the types of single layer and double-layers. The sieve obliquity can be adjusted by the height of the supporting seat of spring.
