CIP(Clean In Place) is specially designed for cleaning pipelines, vessels, tanks and filling equipment with three cleaning tanks.acide, lye and heated water,in which temperature can be set up for acid,lye and heated water. The cleaning fluid is forced to circulate in the pipelines and vessels by centrifugal pump. And the equipments is capable of cleaning up without being moved or taken apart.

1.It is fully automatically- controlled.

2.it is controlled by the man-machine interface control system, using PLC to fulfill switch of pneumatic butterfly valves in order to accomplish independent rinsing.

3.The system has the function of automatic water-supplement and acid/lye-supplement.

4.Atomatic temperature adjustment, displaying the temperature, density, liquid level,

condition of simulating flow and photocell alarming.

5. Manual and automatic operation is optional to clients; all the indexes can be revised on the touch screen.
