Raw material could be ( what can be briquetted) :

• Any type of agro-forest waste can be used to make briquette, such as, rice husk/bran, crop stalk, corn stalk, cotton stalk, small tree branch, bamboo, waste wood, wood log, corncob, tree bark, old furnature, etc.
• The suitable moisture of making briquette with this device is around 8%-12%
• Suitable size fo raw material: 3-5mm

2.Flow chart of the Biomass Briquetting Process:

1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.(wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).

2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.

3. Pressing to raw material into briquette

4. Put sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briquettes (final products, this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, no need to use this machine)

5. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal.

3.working principle of the briquette machine:

Briquettes are made by grinding biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briuqette under very high pressure/ High pressure and pessing releases one of the natural components of wood lignin which has the property of becoming liquid at high pressure and temperature and as it subsequently cools, it binds the wood together in its new form---briquettes.
