1. We guarantee 1 year of warranty for all machine parts. But not contain the exterior broken. Touch screen, PLC are all guaranteed for two years’ warranty. Guarantee five years’ cost-repair.

2.We can pay all the freight during free repair time( Only to the clients in inland, China. The international freight should be responsable by clients).

3.If there is something wrong, to the machine’s faults about screen and PLC, you need send back the bad parts to our factory in advance, to let’s check and confirm it, then we can send you the good ones. About the other parts with any fault, we can send a good part to you first, then you send the bad one to us.
