Process

The steel pipe is precoated with FBE and then winded with adhesives and polyethylene in three-layer PE anticorrosion production lines.

Application

This production line is widely used process at home and abroad for steel pipe anticorrosion such as the transportation of urban gas and water supply.

FBE is a kind of thermosetting and nontoxic paint which create high molecular cross-linked coating with excellent anticorrosion performance and mechanical behavior, especially its optimal abradability and adhesion.
