Application and Working Principle od dewatering screen:
Basically, ZSM and DSMDewatering Screenis widely used in metallurgy industry,such as sinter ore, sintering and palletizing, ore classification in mine industry, classification dehydration and referral, etc. This is the first choice for large sintering plant, Palletizing plant, Concentrator, Coal Preparation Plant, Coal Washrag and also the ideal substitutes of large vibration screen for the international project.
ZSM and DSMDewatering Screenis mainly consists of auto-operated double electrodes technology and universal block eccentricity with adjustable swing vibrator. Two separated vibrators are driven synchronously in reverse direction and rotated by adhesive tape. The linear and reciprocal trajectory of the screen box is produced due to the eccentric force generated from the reverse motion of the vibrating screen.
