Working process for old tyre oil extraction machine

1. Waste plastic recycling flow: plastic separation → automatic feed → catalytic cracking→ oil-water separation → cooling liquid → crude oil → flammable gas recovery → flammable gas combustion → desufuration and dust removal.

2. Waste tyre recycling flow: tire broken → automatic feed → catalytic cracking → oil-water separation → cooling liquid → carbon black emission → carbon black processing → crude oil → flammable gas recovery → flammable gas combustion → desulfuration and dust removal.

1.Heating system

Using 245R boiler steel plate with the thickness of 16mm -18mm,The main engine use horizontal-type of 360°structure-0.4 r/min. Q245R boiler steel plate stresses on the high-temperature resistant, its melting point is 1000 degree.

2.Separation system

Gas and impurities separator

Depart the heavy oil and impurities from the oil gas in the oil-water separator. More one second water in it and better separating effect.

3.Condensing system

Generally speaking , more cooling area more oil we can get. Our machine has 89 square meters cooling area, it can assure you get more and better quality oil and less tail gas with the effective condensers.

4.Dedusting system

Desulfurization and bad smoke and smell removal

In order to protect environment better, we have two dust removers with machine, each one has 20 water high pressure nozzles in it, better water treatment. Bad smoke and smell emission with the white steam and get the national emission standard.

5.Waste gas recycles system

In the process of refining oil, when the gas is heated up to 150 , it will produce a large amount of gasCH4& C4H8 ,which cannot convert to liquid at normal temperature and normal pressure. However, these gases can be used as fuel, which is not only environment protection but also energy conservation

6.Carbon black recycles system

The solid residual will be left after the catalyst splitting from scrap plastic, approximately take up 5% to 10% of the waste tire.

Its main component is the black carbon, which can be used as raw materials in industry, as well could be mixed with the pulverized coal ash to produce the raw material of the thermal power plant, and also could be applied to the manufacturingof the pulverized coal ash brick (one kind of environmental protection building material).
