1. Engine: 37kw diesel engine with three cylinders in-line and low noise, water-cooled, electric starting and environment friendly. Cubage of fuel tank: 100L.
2. Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system with automatic brake device. Flexible operated in forward, back off or stop (HTS). The two rears is differential type transmission device, which makes the machine more flexible when turning. Driving speed is 0-22km/h. Max climbing ability is 20°.
3. Air compressor: piston pump with a displacement of 3m3/min.
4. Paint tank: Double tanks, capacity of each one: 500kg. Equipped with hydraulic driven horizontal vane type stirrer .There is sieve device in the discharge port.
5. Spray gun: equipped with three new type pneumatic low-pressure atomizing air-auxiliary spray guns and one manual spray gun with lengthened pipe to spray special marks such as arrows and characters. Spray width is 100-1000mm.
6. Available paint: cold solvent and water-based paint is available.
7. Glass bead spray system: single, double and multi guns can be used when construction. Single or double glass bead spray gun with adjustable pressure, flow and spray width can be equipped in the left or right side of machine to keep the sprayed-out glass bead firmer and evener.
8. Glass bead bin: single or double bin with windows ensure the visibility of glass bead in the bin (double bins can keep a continuous glass bead spraying). The capacity of each bin is 150kg.
9. Chassis: Firm welding frame and four-wheel structure. The wheel is inflatable and pressure resistant with the diameter of 520mm. The operator can be in the right or left of the machine to operate the machine by hydraulic steering wheel. And stable brake system makes the driving much safer.
10. Control system: Equipped with TT – KZ300 PLC micro - electronic control system .which can freely set the line type of single continuous line, double continuous line and broken lines. According to the needs of customer, option for the measure device for consumption of paint, total length and total square and thickness which make the spraying work convenient and fast.
11. Gun bracket: pneumatic gun bracket with turnplates and receiving vats is always equidistant to the ground an can be lifted and lowered easily.
12. Pre-marker system: Synchronous with pre-marker working, greatly improves the construction efficiency.
