Lost Foam Casting Equipmentis the new casting equipment researched and developed by ourselves on the basis of absorbing advanced technique at home and abroad with combination of the national conditions in China by integrating the features of low investment, high efficiency, less labor, stable performance, agile production and extensive applicable scope, hence it is applicable to technical reformation in newly-built casting factory or old casting factory.
Production Principle: in accordance with EPC technique, foam-plastic mould (by hands, machine) is made firstly, then paint with special dope, after being dried, place them into special sand box and fill the dry sand to be vibrated and compacted, then pour under vacuum state, the mould disappears due to aerification, the molten metal replaces the mould to copy the castings similar to foam-plastic mould.
Process flow: 1. make foam-plastic mould, brush and spray special high-temperature resistant dope onto gasified pattern surface and make it dry by integrating with gating system. 2. Place special interlaid sand box onto vibration platform, fill the sand (dry type) and carry out jolt ramming, level up the sand, place the dry gasified pattern onto the bottom sand, then fully fill in dry sand, level up the carton at proper time. 3. Cover the carton with plastic film, place the pouring cup, make the space vacuum, pour after the dry sand is compacted and moulded, the mould disappears due to aerification, the molten metal replaces its position. 4. Release the vacuum state, turn over the carton after the castings condenses; finally take out the castings from loose dry sand.
Technical Advantages: the lost foaming casting technique integrates advantages of full mold and v-method casting, applicable to cast steel, cast iron, cast copper, cast aluminum and other castings in different materials and different structures. Dry sand solidification and original mold are available; the castings are high in precision, even in patter, without excessive part, overlap and rags; surface smoothness is close to precise casting, internal structure is stable, avoid or lower sand holes, hollow types and other casting deficiencies, the total production process is carried out in accordance with grade three environmental protection degree without pollution.
