Introductionof Coal Ball Mill:

Coal ball mill is one of auxiliary equipment in coal-fired power stations, and the theme equipment in coal powder equipment system. Coal ball mill working principle:

The material goes into the first chamber of coal ball mill in a spiral way evenly from the feeder unit by the feeding hollow shaft.

There is ladder lining plate or ripple lining plate within the storehouse and there are steel balls of different specification. The centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the barrel takes the steel balls to certain height, and then throw it down, thus smite and grind the material. After the coarse grinding in the first chamber, the material goes into the second chamber by monolayer isolation board. The material is ground further. The powder is discharged from the unload board.
