2.Trolley- type Annealing Furnace

Trolley-type annealing furnace is a kind of annealing furnace, it is a chamber-shaped industrial furnace with fixed hearth and its bottom can be removed to the exterior of the furnace.

The bottom of the trolley-type annealing furnace is equipped with travel mechanism so that it can be pulled out or hauled into the hearth along the orbit on the ground by the traction mechanism in order to load and unload the work pieces out the furnace expediently. Trolley-type annealing furnace is applicable for heating before forging and pressing of large steel ingot, billet, steel plate and heating of heat treatment of large castings, forgings and jointing pieces. Trolley-type annealing furnace can use gas or liquid as its fuel, also it can use electricity for heating. And its burners are often located in both sides of the hearth when it uses gas or liquid as fuel
