Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings. High quality design
and construction provide an excellent machine for welding both on the worksite and in the factory. The use
of high quality Aluminium castings allows for lower weight without compromising strength and performance.Technical Data

Remark: Can make ZK450, ZK500 and ZK630 welding machine in single phase, 220V .

High pressure welding option available according to ISO 21307 High Pressure, this enhances productivity, with a welding time saving of 60%.

* The whole machine is consisted of basic frame, hydraulic unit, electric planing tool, heating plate, support for planing tool & heating plate.
* Removable cast Aluminum PTFE coated heating plate with separate temperature controlling system.

* Removable cast Aluminum Electrical planing tool with safty limit switch;

* Electro hydraulic pump with controls, and quick release hoses.
