Main Performance Characteristics

• High-capacity heat exchanger is applied to heat up base asphalt; temperature is adjusted electronically to meet the production requirements.
• Crumb rubber is weighed with electronic loadmaster; feeding speed is adjusted by spiral converter.
• Base asphalt supply is controlled by variable frequency pump, measured with flowmeter and weightometer
• Drive mode: electricity-driven, with a gross power of 48kW.
• The highly reliable high-speed hybrid shear system consisted of imported ceramic bearing and Siemens electric machine is applied to guarantee the evenness of spreading.
• The introduction of electric components from world-famous brands such ABB and Schneider highly enhances the applicability and reliability.
• The weighing system with sensors and meters of MCELL from America is accurate and reliable.
• The modular structure is portable and easy to assemble.
