500 industrial electric and steam smokehouse/smoke oven is one of essential equipment in ripening process of meat which made of SUS304 stainless steel. It has functions of cooking, drying, humidification and drying, baking, smoke, exhaust, cleaning .

The interlayer of main framework is filled with imported high temperature polyurethane as its expanded material andmolding only one time,to enhance theheating conservation effect ,havegood sealing and energy efficient.

The touch screen of automatic smokehouse can programmed imported controllers , relays, solenoid valves and other critical electrical components .

Human-machine interface of the big window visually display operating status of equipment , we can adjust state parameters of time, temperature, humidity, exhaust size in the operation. It is very simple.

This machine has excellent smoking and circulatory system, which can make smoke in the oven evenly distributed, so that the meat is evenly colored and has beautiful color, to ensure that the product has a high production rate.
