This unit is half the size of equivalent compact models of other companies.

Structure and Features of the CKU Series Particle Collector

• Primary Filter

The primary filter is a filter bag consisting of five layers of polypropylene non-woven fabric.

We have nearly eliminated dust clogging by configuring alternating permeability between layers.

The collection rate is 95% of particles measuring 45μ or more.
The five layers also ensure the bag's strength; this bag will not rip like paper vacuum bags.

• Secondary Filter

The secondary filter consists of polypropylene non-woven pleat fold filters.
This filter can collect more than 99% at 0.3μ, delivering unsurpassed collection effeciency.

• Tertiary Filter

This level uses the same filter as the secondary and is installed near the air exhaust side

for the purpose of collecting dust particles not caught by the first two filters

and any expelled from the fan motor.

The combination with this third filter reduces exhaust to less than 100 0.5μ per cubic foot.

The image above shows relatively large debris being caughtbefore falling or debris being

blown away while simultaneously being statically neutralized so that it does not stick.
In this case, it is better to collect dust from the opposite side of the neutralizer,

but if scattered dust is a problem then using an enclosure is a good idea.

Collect metal particles to prevent them from remaining

on circuit boards during car radio assembly.
This unit is used to collect tapping screw metal debris particles produced

during car radio assembly so they do not remain on circuit boards.

Sharp dust produced during tapping should ideally be collected using close,

high-pressure suction from the bottom side.
