Chiken Manure Dewatering Machine

Introduction:

We use the particular pump to pump the animal manure from the manure pit into the machine. And then, the pressing screw at a speed of 45 circles / minute in the screen will push the original manure inside the machine. The solid material will be pressed by the solid state podetium at the exit of the machine. Inside, the waste water will befiltrate by the screen and then flow out of the machine into the marsh gas tank. The capacity of the animal manure dewatering mahcine is related with the time of the store of the manure in the pit, the dense and the sliminess ofthe manure. The average capacity of the machine is : 4~6 m3 of the cow manure. The main parts' power: 4-5.5KW; the water inclusion level of the solid manure after process is :40-50% . After this process the manure can be put into bags directly. After the natural fermentation, the manure can be used as the fertilizer.
