Features of the high effeciency thickener

1 Deaeration cell is provide to avoid solid particles attaching to bubbles and settling as prachute phenomena.

2 The mineral-feeding pipe is beneath the liquid level lest air to be brought in while feeding.

3 The feeding casting is moved to a lower position and a receiving plate is equipped. Therefore, the feeding slurry fall evenly and steadily, preventing rolling phenomena beacause of the residual pressure from feeding.

4 Inner overflow weir is made into indented shape, eliminating part suction phenomena induced by unleveled overflow weir.

5 The rabbe blade is changed from oblique lines to curves. so the discharging underflow has higher density, and treatment capacity is enhanced.
