Working Principle- Chemical Powder Rectangular Sifter,Gyratory Sifter

The moving track of gyratory sifter is gyratory along a circular on the sifter, the material can be easily spreaded and they have enough time to move on the sifter, until the screening process is finshed. The unique gyratory motion imparts a combination of actions to the materials as it passes along the sifter surface. It begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually diminishing along the length of the machine to an elliptical path, and finally to an approximate straight-line motion at the discharge end. There is no vertical component to this motion thus keeping the material in constant contact with the sifter surface. Whole sealing structure, no dust pollution. Without vertical vibration, the mesh could gain a longer service life.

A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
