5.Function:

The KL serial machine can be powered by both diesel engine and E-motor.We adopt the new design of direct connection of motor shaft and he main shaft that

6. Grease

Be lubricated after each use after 8 hours operation, grease nipple for roller ( each time before use it)

Grease nipple for bearings (just let the bearings stay with grease, no need every time).

When the fodder is added in, he template, ressing roller and fodder will be heated to 60-80 digree by the friction among them. fer being pressed through the template, the fodder will be thrownfrom the machine in a state of granular. You can choose the size of the granules by using diffrent template

with different size of holes in it.

7. Exchanging matrix

01 Disconnect the power connector

02 Remove the funnel

03 Loosen the lock nuts and open the screws for the tension roller.

Remove the four screws for the case in which the matrix is fitted.

04 Lift the roller from the case carefully.

05 Clean the roller and case housing

06 Remove the retaining pin

07 Remove the retaining nut with tool provided

08 Under the shield are the holes for the puller

09 Place the puller to die and remove it carefully.

10 Thoroughly clean the die

11 Set the machine back together in reverse order.

A diesel eingine is another choice to drive the machine, together with the clutch and accelerating-decelerating device to change its speed. It is still for the belt to drive the main shaft. The machine can run

smoothly and with few noises.
