Structure characteristics

1. Paper feeding unit:

a. It adopts chain feeding model.

b. Controlled by step-less speed regulation.

c. Lead edge of paper feeding is equipped with elastic feeding pressure plate to ensure the bent paperboard to be smoothly sent in.

d. Optically controlled counter presets order number to plan the production.

2. Slotting Unit

a. Paper feed unit adopts gummed roll and preloading wheel structure. Effective avoided in board line pressing bursting.

b. Three groups of slotting, one group of corner cutting, two groups of slitting, four groups of creasing.

c. Electric phase adjustment is read by dial or control instrument.

d. Slotting height is adjusted in linkage of four knives.Carton height, four-blade sync adjustment. Saving work time, reduced labor costs.

e. Slotting knife parts are electric transverse moving.

f. Pressing and slotting is synchronous moving .

g. The whole machine axles and rollers are all plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

h. phase 360-degree Electric adjustment, ergonomic design.

i. Good gear lubrication system and Closed oil spray lubrication.
