Function and characteristics;

1.YKS series water-base ink printing separate pressing corner-cutting and slotting machine,can make the corrugated cardboard once completed of printing,corner-cutting,line pressing,margin-cutting so many procedure(can match hole and buckle hands making device)

2.Printing,slotting each unit adopt pneumatic locking,electric clutch,separate automatic brake,ensure printing,slotting position correct.

3.Plate pneumatic lift,pneumatic diaphragm pump inking,automatic equal the ink,effect to eliminate ink drying when the machine stop,guarantee the printing quality.

4.Adopt 360°planet electric phase adjustment,can adjust the printing position and corner-cutting slotting position when the machine stopping and running.It save the adjustment time,improve the printing accuracy and produce efficiency.

5. Slotting four knives adjust the height of the carton synchronous,save the order change time.

6.Can match the slotting upper and lower knife disk,upper and lower line creasing wheels,paper kicking knife,paper press shaft,hand and combine alxe phase synchronous movement.

7. Main transmission gears adopt 45≠≠ high quality steel forging,and the tooth by high frequency heat treatment,skew tooth transmission.

8.Automatic spray lubricate,reduce noise of the machine,prolong the gears using life.
