Installation and Operation

1.Warranty period:3 months; warranty range: reduction gearbox, motor. Other items are out of warranty.

2.When install the machine, make sure that each joint is bound with two wire line thimbles which should be tightly fastened by spanners.

3.Fix the base of the machine stably to the ground.

4.There should be no barriers around the working machine, so as to do lifting successfully.

5.The working machine should be 10m away from concrete mixers, so as to lift materials securely.

6.The machine should be operated by two professional workers and other persons are forbidden to idle around.

7.Before doing lifting, make unload running thrice and check whether each driving parts are in good condition and whether the braking system is reliable.

8.When voltage is low, lessen the lifting height and weight, as it's not good for the motor doing overload working.
