The Brief Introduction:

Φ219~Φ710 CFOE mill is the new product in our company, which adopts CFOE technology. CFOE means continuous flexible forming and submerged-arc welded pipe.

Advantages:

1). Continuous production

2). No need to change the rollers in rough-forming section when the specification needs to be changed.

3). Compared with ERW, the quality of CFOE is easier to be controlled and the cost is lower.

4). Compared with SAW, the welding seam of CFOE overcomes the shortages of long welding seam and hard inspection on welding seam inbuilt.

5). Compared with JCOE, the cost of CFOE is lower.

6). The pipe specification covers all for oil gas pipeline at present.

7). In the rough forming section, the rollers can be adjusted automatically by inputting the pipe diameter, wall thickness, and material.

8). The cost is 1/3 of the equipment abroad

Disadvantages:

1). The production capacity is a little smaller than that of ERW.

2). The pipe diameter is smaller than that of SAW.
