Ceramic tube filter Multi-hole porcelain is made of fire retarding raw materials, such as emery, quartz powder and bauxite, as well as cement via high temperature agglomeration above 1200°C. It belongs to powder agglomeration type filtering materials with high porosity and even aperture, good resistance to high temperature, acid and alkali without shedding.

Using multi-hole porcelain as filter medium, ceramic tube filter has high resistance to high temperature, high voltage, large overcurrent and high filter precision; at the same time, it can leave materials with 0.1μm or above.

Characteristics:
1. High filter precision, max rate is 0.1μm;
2. Excellent resistance to acid and alkali, fit for filtering different acids (such as hydrochloric acid and vitriol), alkali and organic solvent under different temperatures;
3. Good thermal stability, max working temperature can be 1100°C;
4. High mechanical intensity, max working voltage can be 8MPa;
5. Cleaning state: non-toxin, insipidity, no shedding, fit for asepsis filtering, filter can be sterilized under high temperature steam;
6. Good airproofing effect, airproofing operation is available;
7. Convenient transportation, manual, semiautomatic operation and PLC automatic operation are available;
8. Casing can be made of different materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, Ti, plastic with steel lining and rubber with steel lining.

Applicable Range:
Fit for liquid-solid separation of petrochemical industry, pharmacy, fertilizer, food, brewage, environmental protection and electronics, as well as air purification and disinfection.
1. Acid purification, such as hydrochloric acid, vitriol, hydrofluoric acid and phosphoric acid, etc.
2. Alkali purification, such as sodium hydroxide and sodium sulphide, etc.
3. Food purification, such as benne oil, peanut oil, juice, beer, distilled spirit and sauce, etc.
4. Purification of industrial oil, such as benzene, diesel oil, aviation kerosene and machine oil, etc
5. Sewage treatment, such as sewage of oilfield and lacquer;
