Description
1 Soybean vegetable protein is sticky and difficult atomizing, normal high speed atomizer couldn’t atomizing it very well, and normal pressure spray drier has too much height to add cost of investment, plus the inlet temperature of Soybean vegetable protein is very high, so we make the equipment according to characteristic of it,. The spray drier could reduce cost of investment and meet requirement of design.
2 Way of spraying: being adapt pressure spray drying, Homogenizer is modified to be as high pressure pump.
3 Way of discharging: The powder Soybean vegetable protein will be scraped by scraper and into cyclone separator. The collected raw material will be transported to packing workshop by pneumatic Conveyer. Using cold air for cooling raw material when pneumatic conveying.
4 This way of drying could mostly protect active ingredient of Soybean vegetable protein.
5 Atomizing system is adapt multi-nozzle atomizing. The area of nozzle atomizing is adapted semicircular shape to prevent mist drop overlapping when atomizing. High pressure nozzle is produced by American spray company.
6 There is negative pressure protect device in air inlet pipe to protect drying tower.
7 Hot air distributor is adapted foreign technology, and adapted multi-inlet air, each of them has inlet air adjust valve and could lead hot air into drying tower evenly and effectively.
The principle of this kind of spray drying atomizer is that liquid materials are thrown out and atomized by centrifugal force from the edge of the dish that is rotating at high speed (linear speed at 90 to 160 m/s).The whole system adopts such a style to dry, that is, hot air medium open circulation plus materials flowing concurrently.
It has the following features:
1. Short drying time due to large surface area of droplet groups.
2. Power has small granule (80 to 200 meshes) and good flow ability.
3. Large flexibility of operation.
4. Heat utilization rate is higher than that of other spraying when air temperature is over 150°C.
5. No high requirement for factory buildings.
