Features of the cement insulation board

It is lightweight inorganic board with multi-hole and high performance. The cement foam thermal insulation board can be widely used for the thermal insulation system for external wall of the building.

1.Green and environment-friendly

No irritation and toxic gas releasing;

No mineral batts floater;

No toxic gas , no waste emission ,little carbon emission when installation ;

2. Fire and high temperature resistance

High temperature resistance :>1000°C

Combustion performance: Class A1.

3.Excellent thermal insulation performance

Closed hole rate :>97%. (Reduce the air convection heat transportation).

Min. heat conductivity coefficient 0.045W/m·k (similar as EPS polystyrene board)

4.Low water absorbing capacity

keeping the product free of mouldy in moisture. It will not impact the thermal insulation performance, ensure the safety and durability of the products.

5.Lightweight and high strength

Density :180kg/m³

Pressure strength:> 0.2MPa

Meeting the strength requirement in the transportation and engineering application.

6.Good integrity after burning

The fire resistance exceeds 3 hours .

Keeping good integrity and not chalking after burning .

7.Freeze-melt resistance

The mass loss rate <5%

The strength loss rate <20%. Thus,the panel could keep stable physical performance in the complicated weather change.

8. Good sound insulation

Numerous independent bubbles are contained in the internal structure.

The sound absorbing capacity is 5~7 times of the common cement.

The sound insulation effect reaches 60db (140mm).

9. Good workability

The interface is premium and can be adhered directly after simple cleaning with firm effect.

Application

The insulation board could be used for external thermal insulation projects in different climate zones with different building.

The construction procedure

A. Clear the basic wall

B. put adhesive mortar on the wall

C. Adhere the inorganic foam thermal insulation board

D. Paint polymer anti-cracking mortar on the board

E. Install the anchor to fix the board

F. Pave the glass fiber on the whole wall and smear the anti-cracking mortar for the second time

G. Adhere external decoration tile based on design requirement (painting and tile)
