Working Principle of Ball Mills

This ball mills, a horizontal type and tubular running, has two warehouses. It runs along the outside gear. Materials spirally and evenly enter the first warehouse along the input hollow axis by input devices. In the warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board.Steel ballsof different specifications are installed in the scale board. When the barrel bodyrotates, centrifugal force is produced. At the same time, the steel balls are carried to some height and then fall to grind and strike the material. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehousefor regrinding. In the end, the powder is discharges byoutput material board.

The Operation Rules of the Ball Mills

1.The operators must be qualified with the required technical knowledge, receive technical training and fully understand the operating principle, performance an regulations of the ball mills.

2.The operators should follow the operate principle and lubricate the requirement parts marked in lubrication picture.Untreated waste oil may not be used and keep lubrication points clean.

3.Pay attention to check the temperature of bearing not to exceed 60 °C and make sure every bolt not loose,no abnormal sound,uniform mining feed,steady water feed,normal current,voltage of motor.

4.To keep surroundings clean where the ball mills run.Every party should be clean unless it's running.
