CE Single or Double Side PaperPE Film Coating Machine

This production line adopts polyethylene (PE) material extrusion machine for film coating. The PE material is absorbed to material canister by automatic drying and material absorbing device. Then the material would be melted, after filter, the melted PE is distributed evenly onto the T shape mould. And finally it can be coated onto base material evenly.

As the basic model, this line can make one side PE coated paper, which is used at paper cup and other paper container production. For double side PE coated paper, you can put the single side PE coated paper roll on the feeding shaft of machine to get PE coated of another side.

Our machine are usingSiemens PLCfor easy setting and operation, all parameter can be set by thetouch screen. All the element electric and pneumatic parts of machine are qualified famous brand with CE certificated.
