Wood Sawdust Briquette Machine

ZBJ wood sawdust briquette machine can produce hollow hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder briquettes with different diameters from agro-forestry wastes, such as sawdust, wood chips, tree branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.

Raw material:

Any types of Agro-forestry waste and forest waste can be used for make briquettes Such as maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo sawdust, bagasse , wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo, wood, straw dust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks ,nutshell, coconutshell ,etc

Simple process for producing charcoal briquettes:

• Step 1- Crushing: crush the raw materials into small pieces (around 3MM diameter) by wood crusher/Hammer Mill;
• Step 2- Drying: dry the crushed materials by flash dryer to reduce the crushed material's moisture content below 12%;
• Step 3- Briquetting: Put the dried materials into the briquette machine to make sawdust briquettes.
• Step 4- Carbonizing: Put finished sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to convert the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briquettes.
