Process

Biscuit can be divided into soft biscuit, hard biscuit and cookie according to formula, craft and forming style. For hard biscuit, a complete forming line is normally consist of one feeding machine, one laminator stage in the case of soda biscuit or cracker, one set roller sheeting machine, one set of rotary cutting machine, recycling machine, enter-oven machine.

While forming line for soft biscuit or cookie just need forming machine and enter-oven machine. For making various tasty biscuit, you can equip with salt & sugar spreading machine, egg sprayer, egg painter, ink printer etc.

And oven can make un-baked biscuit from the forming line to be delicious food. You can choose different type oven to bake different biscuit. Sheeting line can be supplied between 400mm and 1200mm in width, we also can make bigger size to order!
