introduction:

• the novel design biomass fuel pellet extruder is an innovation after foreign and domestic high tech,it adopts the speed-adjust feeder to control the feeding capacity ,and use big diameter modulator to make materials fully cured ,and make the pellet smoother.The formation rate reaches 98%.

• the moisture of raw material is 15%-18%.
• the final size of the product is between 4-8mm

Raw materials:

• The pellet/briquette are made of the agro-forest waste and industrial waste, the major residueds that be used are rice husk,coconut shell,coir pitch ,jute sticks ,sugarcane ,baggasse,groundnut shell, mustard stalks ,cotton stalks ,sawdust,caster seed/shell/stalk,wood chippers bamboo dust, tobacco waste, tea waste biomass powder ,etc.
• The big diameter raw material shoul be crushed to the suitable size of 3-5mm

Finished product:

The available shape: cylinder

The available diameter could be: 2.5mm,3mm,4mm,6mm

The available length could be :2-4cm
