Ball mill
is mainly used to grind material in mineral ,cement ,refactory ,chemical industry and etc . Ball mill has dry and wet ways. For wet ball mill ,certain water and other
liquid will be added into material to increase flowablity of materials. So the capacity is increased . for dry ball mill , capacity is affected because materil flowability
is reduced , so absording wind devce is needed on the outlet of ball mill ,and then pressure is formed in the ball mill to increase flowability of material , so the
capacity is increased .
Working principle :
When the ball mill works , motor and speed reducer transmit force to big and small gears of ball mill , so the barrel rotates. steel balls or other grinding media in the
barrel are lifted to a certain height and fall down freely . so materia in the barrel are impact. Grinding media mixing with material impact and grind materials continuously .
The grinding media and material impact and grind each other when the ball mill rotes continously . The final product will be discharged from outlet when it meets the
request, So the grinding proces is finished application range ,simple strcture and convenient maintenance .
