Line production wood pellet --------Working process :

The mainly process includes: Crushing - drying - pelleting - cooling - packing

1.Crushing process----hammer mill

The best material diameter for supporting to produce pellet is 1 to 5mm.

Thus if your material diameter exceed 5mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into

1-5mm small powder for supporting to produce pellets.

When the thickness of raw wood material is >10mm, and >50 * 50mm(L * W), we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces, then crush the small pieces into wood powder with diameter

less 3mm by Hammer Mill (Crusher).

2.Drying process----dryer:

The best material moisture content to produce pellet is 15 to 20%.

Thus if your material moisture content exceed 20%, then you need one set dryer to reduce high moisture for supporting to produce pellets.

They all work together with one or twostoves.Our stove is fueled by coal,waste wood ,forestry waste which can save electricity consumption largely.

We have two kinds of dryer for your choose,one ispipe/air-flow dryer,the other one isrotary drum dryer.

3.Pelletizing process----pellet machine:

The pellet machine containsfull automatic lubricatedspare partsoil systems, which can lubricate rollers, shaft, bearings and gears automatically , the pressure between rollers and die can be adjusted automatically to fit for different materials pressure ratio.

4.Cooling process----Cooler:

After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about

3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.

5.Packing process----packager:

After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp.

The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best

2.After crushing the wood to small wood chips,we use the belt conveyor to transport the small wood chips to the crusher machine to make the sawdust:

3.We use the cyclone dust collector to protect the environment and then the wet sawdust will be send to the dryer by a screw conveyor,our dryer is also equipent with the stove,you can use any materials which can be burned,it will save the large electric energy.

4.After drying the sawdust to the moisture of 12-20%,it's suitable to make the pellets.

We use the screw conveyor to send the sawdust to a stock bin firstly,(the stock bin will greatly help to improve the production)then to the pellet machine.

5.The pellet will be directly to the cooler machine .After cooling,we will use the bucket elevator to take the cooled pellets to our packager .
