Laboratory oven maintenance:

1.clean the surface and inner cavity of dust, keep the machine clean,

2.check ammeter current with normal is the same, if strange, notify the repair maintenance.

3.sudden blackouts, the heating switch off, prevent automatic start calling.

4.check the fan operation is normal, no abnormal sound, such as a closed machine and inform maintenance repair work immediately.

4.check whether accurate temperature control, such as inaccurate, please adjust the thermostat sensor static compensation or correction value.

5.check the heating pipe is damaged, the line is aging.

6.check whether accurate delay, whether to allow the error.
