wood pellet press description:

wood pellet press is the machine which can make fine powde such as sawdust, corn powder into pellets for fuel, feed and fetilizer.

Our pellet press can be used for wood, sawdust, straw, rice husk, corn, home wastes, factory reject and so on crude fiber granulation pelleting.The combustion rate can be raised for several times.

The technology of our pellet press we are using was adopted from Germany. And after more than 15 years practise,we have already had the first class in making the pellet press all over the world.

Our pellet press can be used for making pellts without any binder because of the higher pressure they have.

Now we have two patent products which is unique all over the world. One is the Taper Shape Roller for flat die pellet press. This design reduces the friction between the die and the rollers a lot. This help lengthen the lifetime of the machine and higher the efficiency of pelleting. The second patent is our efficient centrifugal pellet press It is designed specially for very hardwood pelleting and the material which has very little sticky such as rice husk, rubber and so on. It has the advantages of both flat die pellet press and ring die pellet press.
